Introduction

Welcome to Gir Gujarat Tour and Travels. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our taxi services, tour packages, and related services. By booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Gir Gujarat Tour and Travels is located at Sasan Gir, Gujarat, and provides transportation and tourism services across Gujarat state.

Service Usage Rules

Our services are available to customers who meet the following criteria:

  • Must be 18 years or older to make bookings
  • Must provide accurate personal information including name, phone number, and pickup location
  • Must treat our drivers and staff with respect and courtesy
  • Must not engage in illegal activities or carry prohibited substances in our vehicles
  • Must not smoke or consume alcohol in our vehicles
  • Must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Must inform us of any changes to booking details at least 2 hours in advance

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or email within 24 hours
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who provide false information
  • Any special requirements must be mentioned at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy:

  • 24+ hours before pickup: No cancellation charges
  • 12-24 hours before pickup: 25% of total fare will be charged
  • 2-12 hours before pickup: 50% of total fare will be charged
  • Less than 2 hours before pickup: 100% of total fare will be charged
  • No-show customers: Full amount will be charged

Refund Policy:

  • If refund is approved by GIR GUJARAT TOUR TRAVELS , the refund amount will be credited to customer’s account in 5-7 working days

Payment Terms

Payment for our services can be made through the following methods:

  • Cash payment to the driver
  • Online bank transfer
  • Digital payment methods (UPI, Paytm, etc.)
  • Credit/Debit card payments (where applicable)

Payment Schedule:

  • For local trips: Full payment can be made after the trip
  • For outstation trips: 50% advance payment required at booking
  • For tour packages: 30% advance payment required at booking
  • Additional charges may apply for toll fees, parking charges, and state taxes

Liability Disclaimer

Gir Gujarat and Travels operates with the following liability limitations:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or road closures
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Our liability is limited to the total fare paid for the specific trip
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • All vehicles are insured, but customers are advised to have their own travel insurance
  • We are not responsible for any medical emergencies during the trip
  • Customers travel at their own risk and must follow safety guidelines

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Gujarat. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Junagadh, Gujarat.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.
